Campaigns Space
Our Queer Spirit Arising - Actions, Campaigns and Communities.
This twin tent space is curated by Dan Glass, Miqx and L'Orage, each seasoned queer activists. We aim to build a network, linking queer campaigns and issues in a mutually supportive and intersectional style. Our schedule for QSF highlights queer creativity and energy in these areas.
Meet here and share - first meet and greet at 6pm on Thursday. There will be a daily discussion session curated by the Campaigns team at MIDDAY, plus an open SPEAKER'S FORUM at 6pm each evening. Several workshops have been scheduled already - see below for the list, but please check the area schedule during the Festival, as some very interesting extra sessions will happen in this space.

Agroecology Meet-up
Is there anyone else from Out on the Land here?
Agroecology embraces regenerative farming, food justice, food sovereignty, permaculture, local growing and much more.
I’m new to the field (nice pun!) and keen to meet up with other queer folk involved in hands-on activism, growing, organising, research, other scholarly routes and more... Let’s connect!

Land work as a spiritual practice
A space for all those who feel the call to work with the land, from the experienced to the curious, where we can share how our spirituality informs our work, or how our work has shaped our spirituality, or perhaps how, together, we can find ways to reconnect and live in communication and harmony with the land we feel a deep call to do something but haven’t figured out exactly what or how just yet.

Non-Violent Communication
Empathy is a powerful tool that allows us to listen to ourselves and others and express ourselves clearly and in an efficient way that will help us fulfill our needs.
You are invited to learn and explore how to give deep empathy to yourself and others and reveal a deeper layer of your soul and heart. We will choose conflicts from our daily life in emphasys on queer perspective and fill our hearts with presence and compassion.
Allow yourself to step out of the festival with new awareness that can change your life into a wonderful game!

Radical Ways of Relating - polyamory, relationship anarchy, community and comradeship
A collaborative workshop exploring the ways in which we can shift our relating to be evermore liberatory and interdependent.
I will first explore how we are always beings-in-relation in myriad ways. Then we will focus it to these 4 Shifting how we understand relating is foundational work, and I hope to inspire others to explore with curiousity and courage, grounded in a bold, loving vision of what is possible.
Together, with the help of some big bits of paper, we'll build an understanding of what these ideas mean to us, as queers, as spiritual folks, as humans alive in these times of crisis and possibility.radical ways of relating that cover how we relate at a personal and a collective level.
I'll share what they mean to me, and ask the group to say what they mean to them (if anything).

The Queer Gonzo Journalist
An experimental writing workshop introducing how we can begin to queer our relationship with reality itself. Inspired by LGBT+ radical diarists such as Lou Sullivan, and how queers across history have utilised documentation to carve out pathways of authentic existence, we will set up a journal-magick micro-quest that initiates the exploration of our unique sensoriums.
