I have been a holistic practitioner since 2007, touring the festival circuit during the summer and based in South West London during the winter. I work at a diverse range of festivals, Glastonbury, Buddhafield, Boomtown to name but a few, offering individual sessions and teaching workshops.

My sessions are a blend of skills based on the client’s needs. My initial bodywork training was Thai Massage which I continue to deepen by studying with highly respect teachers from around the world and softened by moving towards the energetic and spiritual, studying Reiki, Tantra and Shamanism. I completed teacher training with Shivananda in India and Elemental School of Chi Kung in London and teach classes and one-one sessions.

l come from the Kallawaya People by the Titicaca Lake in the Andes, who have been doing healing and also massages from our long tradition, tracing to 700 AD. Let me help you harmonizing your energies and release tensions or blockages.

With more than 15 years of clinical experiences in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I offer 1-on-1 acupuncture, cupping or massage (deep tissue, tui-na, thai yoga) to help people releasing physical tensions, emotional blockages, and develop better immune system to improve their wellbeing. I also integrate energy healing and ancient prayers in my sessions, to provide my patients an all rounded healing.

Acupuncture
Based on meridians and Acu-point theory, acupuncture can help releasing physical, emotional and spiritual blockages. I use electro-acupuncture machine and moxa together with the needles.

Cupping
With the practice of sliding cup and steady cup, it helps removing toxins, inflammation, scar tissues and blockages in different parts of the body. It also improve blood and energy circulation.

Deep tissue Massage
It helps releasing muscle tensions and reducing pain by applying pressure on affected areas. I use massage oil with a few pain relieving essential oils in this massage.

Thai Yoga Massage
It is performed on the floor with a lot of stretching and pressing techniques in order to facilitating the mobility of the joints and releasing tensions.

Foot Reflexology
By applying pressure on the soles of the feet, it stimulates the reflective areas on the body, to facilitate qi and blood circulation in order to heal faster.
