Be Seen
Be Seen is an invitation to have the parts of you witnessed that you may be too scared to share, may feel shame at being seen, or the parts of you that you are exiling and hiding away from the world.
It could be a body part, an emotion, part of your sexuality or gender expression, something you don’t like about yourself. Held as a circle, there is a chance to share in a ‘pop corn’ fashion and be witnessed by your fiercely supportive fellow circle holders.
You will be held in unconditional positive regard and experience what it is like for the parts of you hidden in the shadows to be celebrated and loved on with radical acceptance and no judgment.

Bushcraft
https://queerspirit.net/festival/whatson/facilitators/bear
This practical workshop will include a choice of:
Leaf prints/bashing - A few green leaves are picked and a suitable rock/stone is found. The leaves are sandwiched strategically in a piece of cotton fabric (which is provided), using the rock/stone, the fabric is hit causing an imprint of the leaves on the fabric.
Wooden medallion decorating - Pre-prepared wooden medallions are decorated with sharpie colouring pens and stickers. A woollen necklace is then added to complete the medallion.
Wand whittling - A suitable stick and other natural raw materials are found. The stick can be peeled using a kitchen tool and a point can be whittled using a bushcraft knife. The stick is then decorated with string, wool, other natural materials, stickers, gems and coloured with sharpie colouring pens if required. (Raw material can be provided if necessary)

Orgasmic Yoga
This is your invitation to explore your sensuality and eros should it arise, as you’re guided through breath and free flowing movement to an emotive soundtrack.
All of your sexual and sensual self is welcome here, with as many clothes on or off as you wish. This is all about you and allowing yourself to feel your sexual energy rising in you and gifting it to yourself. The use of blindfolds will help you experience this without worrying about the gaze of others or feeling the need to be in performance mode. We start by creating a held container, setting intentions and will closing with shavasana before reflections for anyone that wishes to share.
The class will open with a discussion about consent, honouring that the space is not about taking from others’ experience but being present in your own personal experience. Bring yourself, your mat, plus an open heart and mind!

Your Pussy is a Portal
So often a part of our body that has been exiled, shamed, and mistreated or ignored altogether, leading to a disconnect with a huge part of us that is powerful, wise and beautiful.
I believe that you cannot have body positivity, or body neutrality, whilst neglecting your relationship to your Pussy. It’s time to reclaim it as the powerful portal it is! This workshop invites vulva owners into connection with their magnificent Pussy through a tenderly held process working towards liberation and self-love.
Sandwiching exploration to your own body through guided Somatic meditation, mirror work, and witnessing and/or being witness should anyone feel comfortable too, which is an incredibly powerful tool for transformation and healing, especially when we hold each other in unconditional positive regard and celebration.
